摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system which has excellent load followability in autonomous operation, and also can save on fuel cost of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply system 1 comprises: a fuel cell 30 which generates electric power by causing chemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen; a parallel-off unit 50 which feeds at least one of electric power from a power grid and electric power from the fuel cell 30 to a load 100 which is the subject to be supplied with electricity; a water electrolysis unit 80 which generates hydrogen and oxygen by electrolysis of water; and a control unit 90 which, when the parallel-off unit 50 is no longer supplied with electric power from the power grid, or when a predicted amount of electric power which is an estimated future demand for the load 100 exceeds a prescribed value, feeds electric power generated by the fuel cell 30 to the load 100 and also causes the water electrolysis unit 80 to execute electrolysis by using excess electric power thereof, whereby at least one of hydrogen and oxygen generated by the water electrolysis unit 80 is supplied to the fuel cell 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
