<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate communication. <P>SOLUTION: A chat service in which a message is exchanged while viewing a moving image is provided. The chat service is so configured that users participating in a channel can transfer message only while an open time elapses, the open time being a time when the exchange of the message is possible.
