<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative exterior component wherein damage to a metal film is prevented, and wherein light does not leak from a portion formed with the metal film. <P>SOLUTION: In the decorative exterior component, because the metal film 39A is formed by depositing a metal on the rear side of a synthetic resin base part 30B composing a frame-like part 30, the metal film 39A is not damaged even if the frame-like part 30 is disposed in a position easy to be touched by a hand or a finger of a player and the surface on the front side of the frame-like part 30 is repeatedly rubbed by the hand, the finger or the like of the player many times to prevent the damage to the metal film 39A. Because the surface on the rear side of the metal film 39A is formed with a coating film 39B of a thickness capable of shutting off light, the decorative exterior component can shut off the light of an illumination device provided thereinside and not shown in the figure to prevent the leakage of the light from the frame-like part 30 formed with the metal film 39A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
