<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low softening point glass powder free from oxides of lead, antimony, tellurium and bismuth, and having a softening point of ≤500°C, thermal stability and excellent water resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The glass powder is essentially free from oxides of lead, antimony, tellurium and bismuth, and contains 25-55% of V<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">5</SB>, 30-35% of BaO, 6-8% of SrO, 0-1% of MgO and 4.5-5.5% of ZnO and either one of 2-8% of B<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>and 10-25% of P<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">5</SB>in terms of wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
