摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement high precision magnetic reading by suppressing variations in detecting or negating a magnetic field strength due to noise generated by components inside a magnetic sensor device and external noise while suppressing power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic sensor device for producing a logic output in accordance with a magnetic field strength applied to a magnetoelectric transducer element includes: a comparator for receiving signals that are amplified outputs of the magnetoelectric transducer element, and outputting a result of comparison; and a logic circuit for arithmetically processing the output signal of the comparator. Only when there is a change in the logic output owing to a change in the magnetic field strength, the logic circuit matches multiple consecutive logic outputs. This can reduce determination variations in detecting or negating a magnetic field strength due to noise generated by components inside the device and external noise while suppressing power consumption. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
