<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and lightweight measuring pantograph device mountable to a road railer without impairing the mobility and convenience of the road railer. <P>SOLUTION: The measuring pantograph device includes: a telescopic mechanism means including an outer cylinder 40 and an inner cylinder 41 put in relative sliding movement; constant load imparting means 45-48 imparting a constant load in the extending direction of the telescopic mechanism means; a contact strip means 31 contacting an overhead wire; and a measuring means 32 measuring the state of the overhead wire in contact with the contact strip means. The contact strip means can thereby be stably brought into contact with the overhead wire. Since the contact strip means is stably in contact with the overhead wire, the state of the contact part can be measured by the measuring means. The outer cylinder and the inner cylinder are used to easily compose the telescopic mechanism part, and miniaturization and weight reduction can also be achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
