PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device which can independently perform measurement without omission of measurement data even when a server stops in a production line which centrally manages the measurement data by saving the measurement data in the server in a normal operation state.

SOLUTION: A measurement device 200 which communicates with a server 100, comprises: a non-volatile storage area 210; a measurement unit 220 for sequentially acquiring pieces of measurement data; and a storage control unit 230 which transmits the measurement data to the server 100 to store the measurement data in the server 100 when the server 100 can store the measurement data, and stores the measurement data in the storage area when the server 100 cannot store the measurement data.
