<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold release agent dilution feeder reducible in cost by storing a diluted mold release agent solution in a solution storage tank without electric control. <P>SOLUTION: The mold release agent dilution feeder 1 includes a mold release agent stock solution tank 3, a mixing tank 4, and the solution storage tank 6. When a first valve means 14 is opened by a first float 13 and a third valve means 17 is opened by a second float 16, a direction switching valve 19 is supplied with air from a first air pipeline 18 and switched into a first state for mixing a mold release agent stock solution 2 and a diluting liquid in the mixing tank 4. When the first valve means 14 is closed by the first float 13 and a second valve means 15 is opened by the second float 16, the direction switching valve 19 is supplied with air from a second air pipeline 20 and switched into a second state for supplying the diluted mold release agent solution 5 in the mixing tank 4 into the solution storage tank 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
