<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of reducing power consumption during data writing without equalizing input-output lines in the case of continuously writing the same write data as the preceding write data because an input-output line pair does not have to be equalized in the case of continuously writing the same write data as the preceding write data. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes a first equalizer circuit for equalizing a first signal input-output line, and a control circuit for making the first equalizer circuit inactive during continuous write operation in the case that a data write operation continues, and for activating the first equalizer circuit during continuous write operation or read operation after the write operation in the case that read operation continues or that read operation is performed after the write operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
