<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality of a throttle valve device while assuring rigidity of a valve comprising a resin material. <P>SOLUTION: The throttle valve device 10 has a disk-like valve 18 turnably provided via a shaft 14 on a passage 16 of a body 12. The valve 18 is formed of a resin-made material, and includes a shaft coupling 42 formed substantially at the center and having the shaft 14 inserted through, a pair of flat parts 44a and 44b formed along an outline of the valve 18, and a plurality of swells 46a-46j extending perpendicularly to the shaft coupling 42. The swells 46a-46j are formed to have an substantially U-shaped section, provided to swell in a convex form on one of a front face 18a and a backside 18b of the valve 18, and concaved in an opposite surface to the swelling side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
