<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct deviation of a drawing position caused by change in a drawing cycle while suppressing recognition that a linear graphic extending in the width direction becomes thick. <P>SOLUTION: In this inkjet printer 1, an image is recorded by recording a plurality of lines aligned in the scanning direction on a web 9. To correct the deviation of the drawing position during high speed printing caused by a difference between a first drawing cycle during standard printing and a second drawing cycle during the high speed printing, the lines with respect to each of predetermined numbers of lines are extracted as correction target lines. When no transverse line exists on the correction target line, a correction line similar to the correction target line is recorded adjacent to the correction target line, and when a transverse line exists on the correction target line, recording of the correction line is postponed until a line which does not include a transverse line appears. Thus, while recognition that a transverse line which is a linear graphic extending in the width direction becomes thick is suppressed, the deviation of the drawing position caused by the second drawing cycle can be corrected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
