PURPOSE: A regular power supply device with a user operation power switch is provided to intercept an unnecessary external device connected to a vehicle and minimize a discharge mount of a battery. CONSTITUTION: A power supply device(200) includes a power input unit(210), a power output unit(220), a power supply relay(230), a user operation power switch(240) and a microcomputer(250). The power input unit connected to a battery receives battery voltage. The power output unit is connected to the power input unit and outputs the battery voltage for an external device. The power supply relay selectively supplies the battery voltage to power output unit. The user operation power switch intercepts or approves the battery voltage to the power output unit from a regular power input unit. The microcomputer outputs a control signal for turning off the power supply relay.
