<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle which has a structure having a manual type transmission and a manual clutch, and appropriately stops an engine corresponding to an operation state in a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: When the manual clutch 12C is connected while the manual type transmission 12B is in neutral, the engine 12A is stopped (steps S12, S13 and S20).
