<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce artifacts in tomographic image even if the range of overflow in measurement data is wide. <P>SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus reconstructs the tomographic image on the basis of data output by the X-rays detection unit. The X-ray CT apparatus includes: an overflow determination part for determining whether overflow data are included in digital data; a data range specification part which specifies overflowing data range as the overflow data range when the overflow determination part determines that overflow data are included in the digital data; and a replacement processing part which replacement processes data in the overflow data range of the digital data, or data in the overflow data range of the data calculated on the basis of the digital data into the designated data.
