<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor element which can achieve early activation, is excellent in durability and can be manufactured in a simple structure in a gas sensor element used for a gas sensor for detecting a specified gas component in a gas to be measured, a method for manufacturing the same, and a gas sensor. <P>SOLUTION: A through-hole 201 is provided on an insulating ceramic substrate 200 which is made of a ceramic material having high electric insulation and high thermal conductivity and formed in the same thickness as a solid electrolyte 100. The solid electrolyte 100 is embedded in the through-hole 201 and a heating element 140 is disposed at a position where an electric insulation distance d from a reference electrode 120 is secured on the surface of the insulating ceramic substrate 200 on the same surface as one surface of the solid electrolyte 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
