<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breaking-time non-uniformity detection apparatus in which non-uniformity in breaking time among phase breakers in a power transmission line of parallel two-line configuration or the like can be detected without measuring a load current with an analytic oscilloscope. <P>SOLUTION: An oscilloscope 30 comprises an open breaker determination section 31 for determining which one of red-phase, white-phase, and blue-phase breakers is opened on the basis of a zero-phase current I<SB POS="POST">0</SB>, and red-phase, white-phase, and blue-phase voltages V<SB POS="POST">A</SB>, V<SB POS="POST">B</SB>, and V<SB POS="POST">C</SB>, a breaking-time measuring section 32 for measuring breaking times of the red-phase, white-phase, and blue-phase breakers on the basis of a determination result in the open breaker determination section 31, the zero-phase current I<SB POS="POST">0</SB>, and a trip signal T, and a breaking-time non-uniformity determination section 33 for determining whether or not non-uniformity occurs in the breaking times of the red-phase, white-phase, and blue-phase breakers on the basis of the breaking times of the red-phase, white-phase, and blue-phase breakers measured by the breaking-time measuring section 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
