<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique capable of completing normal and suitable charging without any charging error even if components which control a charging voltage and a charging current get out of order in a charging device. <P>SOLUTION: A charging device 1 includes a voltage control circuit 12 and a current control circuit 11, and a component (shunt regulator) which controls the charging voltage of the voltage control circuit 12 and a component (shunt resistance) which controls the charging current of the current control circuit 11 are each provided double. The charging device includes a first processing section which is actualized by using processing of a microcomputer 2, and detects abnormality (fault) of each component, a second processing section which switches operation from a primary system to a secondary system when the abnormality (fault) of each component is detected, and a third processing section which makes an external display section display the state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
