SOLUTION: A collection unit 73 collects characteristic information items representing business processes 3 from each of a plurality of business processes 3 executing processes on the basis of a plurality of business applications 4. A comparison unit 74 compares the characteristic information items collected from each of the plurality of processes. When a characteristic information item relating to a certain business process 3 of the plurality of business processes 3 has different characteristics from those of any characteristic information items of the business processes 3 other than the certain business process 3, a determination unit 75 determines that something goes wrong with the business process 3.
