<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device and a projector that has high light use efficiency and reliability by holding a reflecting mirror with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a light source device 10 comprising a body part 5, a light source 12, a reflecting mirror 3a reflecting light emitted from each of the light sources 12, and a holding member, which holds an end part of the reflecting mirror 3a.
