<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio terminal and the like for transmitting radio quality based on user body sensory quality in utilizing an application to a database server, considering a traffic characteristic differing in each area. <P>SOLUTION: A radio terminal comprises: a radio quality condition table for storing a radio quality class influencing user body sensory quality and a radio quality allowable threshold in association with each other, for each application class; radio quality measurement means for measuring a radio quality value of a radio quality class corresponding to an application class being used; radio quality determination means for determining whether or not the radio quality value has deteriorated as compared with the radio quality allowable threshold stored in the radio quality condition table; positioning control means for starting a positioning part in order to measure a present position, when it is determined to be true; and radio quality data transmission means for transmitting radio quality data in which the application class, radio quality value, and present position are in association with each other, to a database server at an arbitrary point of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
