<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for producing a multilayer sheet, in each of which a production process can be shortened and a press mark can be prevented from being left on an adhesive sheet even when winding pressure is applied to the multilayer sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for producing the multilayer sheet includes: a delivering unit 10 for delivering an original sheet R1; a peeling roller 20 for peeling a release sheet RL from the original sheet R1; a bypass unit 30 for bypassing the release sheet RL; an intermediate layer supplier 40 for supplying an intermediate layer M to an original adhesive sheet S0 obtained by peeling the release sheet RL; a fixation unit 50 for curing the intermediate layer M; a laminator 60 for tentatively sticking the release sheet RL to the original adhesive sheet S0 to which the intermediate layer M is supplied to form an original sheet R2; a cutter 70 for forming a cut CU on the original adhesive sheet S0 to form the adhesive sheet S and for forming a contact prevention member CP by using an unnecessary sheet S3 to be formed on the outside of the circular notch CU and the intermediate layer M; and a recovery unit 80 for recovering the multilayer sheet L on which contact prevention member CP is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
