<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing 3-hydroxypropionic acids by removing water and by-products from a culture solution produced by the culture of microorganisms to afford the 3-hydroxypropionic acids. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the 3-hydroxypropionic acids includes passing the microorganism-fermented culture solution through a reverse osmotic membrane to separate and collect an aqueous solution containing the 3-hydroxypropionic acids on the nonpermeated liquid side, and to separate and remove the water and the by-products on the permeated liquid side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
