<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for precisely analyzing a solid material including one or a plurality of metal iodide after a solution in which the solid material is dissolve is easily achromatized. <P>SOLUTION: A method for analyzing a solid material including one or a plurality of metal iodide includes a process of analyzing metal components of the metal iodide in a solution in which the solid material is dissolved by an atomic absorption spectrometry.
