<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic stopping/starting device of an internal combustion engine capable of miniaturizing a battery, and capable of reducing product cost by surely restarting the internal combustion engine by a simple constitution for reducing electric power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A spring device 43 is arranged for storing power by the rotation of a crankshaft 16. When restarting an engine 10, the crankshaft 16 is rotated by releasing the storage power of the spring device 43. A storage power sensor 79 is arranged for detecting a storage power state of the spring device 43. An ECU 70 automatically stops the engine 10 with the sufficiency of the storage power detected by the storage power sensor 79 as at least one stopping allowable condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
