<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management device, base station, power management system, power management method, and power management program capable of performing appropriate control depending on change of installation environment, and capable of performing independent control of power even when a control instruction is not obtained externally. <P>SOLUTION: A power management device 100 comprises: a storage part 112 for storing control information which is information related to power control and is acquired from an external control server 2 by communication; a communication state determination part 113 for determining whether the communication with the external control server 2 is normal or abnormal; and a control part 110 which controls utilization forms of a plurality kinds of power sources on the basis of the control information stored in the storage part 112 when the communication state determination part 113 determines the communication with the external control server 2 is normal, and controls the utilization forms of the plurality kinds of the power sources on the basis of standard control information preset as a standard action when the communication state determination part 113 determines the communication with the external control server 2 is abnormal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
