PURPOSE: A water supply valve assembly and a washing machine including the same are provided to prevent moisture flowing into the inside of a control panel assembly from reaching a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) by connecting a waterproof member forming a draining path, which drains moisture flowing into the control panel assembly, on the rear surface of an operation button. CONSTITUTION: A control panel assembly(100) comprises a control panel(110) arranged in the front surface of a cabinet(10); a button part(120) connected to the rear surface of the control panel; a PCB(130) connected to the button part by being arranged in the rear side of the button part; a waterproof member(140) preventing moisture from permeating the PCB by being connected to the button part; an LED guide(150) supporting multiple LED(Light Emitting Diode) elements(134) installed in the PCB and preventing the mixture of light generated in the LED elements; and a PCB housing(160) accommodating the button part, the waterproof member, and the PCB, which are arranged consecutively, and fixing the PCB to the rear side of the control panel.
