<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensionally molded decorative film which is used for a concurrent injection molding/transfer decoration method for imparting designability to a decorative resin molded article, and in which a primer print surface is in good state and which has superior driable property, in which transferability of a decorative layer is not deteriorated and the decorative layer has excellent moldability (shape followup ability) and further initial adhesion and adhesion after a heat resistance test between the decorative layer and a protective layer are excellent. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the three-dimensionally molded decorative film formed by laminating a mold-release layer 12, a protective layer 13, a primer layer 14, and a decorative layer 15 on a substrate 11 in this order. The three-dimensionally molded decorative film is characterized in that the protective layer is a cured product of an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition, the primer layer is a cured product of a primer composition containing polyol and isocyanate, and the polyol has a glass transition temperature Tg of 55°C or higher and a hydroxyl value of 30-130 mgKOH/g.
