<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small part supply device capable of being installed while saving the space, quickly supplying small parts in appropriate attitudes and further easily accommodating a change in the dimension and shape of the small parts to be sorted. <P>SOLUTION: This supply device 1 is configured so as to be capable of supplying nuts N1 in appropriate attitudes through a supply chute 90. The supply device 1 includes: a bucket 10 for storing the nuts N1; a lift mechanism section 20 for pushing up the nuts N1 within the bucket 10; and a conveyance section 50 capable of conveying the nuts N1 pushed up by the lift mechanism section 20 to the supply chute 90 side. In the conveyance section 50, a sorting section 60 is disposed to convey the nuts N1 in appropriate attitudes to the supply chute 90 side and to return the nuts N1 in inappropriate attitudes to the inside of the bucket 10. The bucket 10 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape including a rectangular opening 10a at the upper portion thereof. The conveyance section 50 includes a belt conveyor 51 for conveying the nuts N1 to the supply chute 90 side, and the sorting section 60 is mounted in a replaceable manner to a mounting seat 6a at a position above an upper surface 52a of the belt conveyor, the upper surface 52a linearly conveying the nuts N1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
