<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve manufacture without using a metal mold, to simplify manufacturing processes thereof, and to manufacture a plurality of types of bus bars relatively easily. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing device 20 for bus bar includes: a sending device 21 which feeds a square wire 14 in the longitudinal direction; a first gripping device 30 which grips the fed square wire; a first grip moving actuator 40 which moves the first gripping device 30 in the longitudinal direction of the square wire; a second gripping device 50 which grips the square wire downstream from the first gripping device 30; a second grip moving actuator 60 which moves the second gripping device 50 in the longitudinal direction of the square wire; and a machining actuator 70 which protrudes the square wire sideward by reciprocally moving a contact member 76, which comes into contact with the square wire in the middle between the first and second gripping devices from the width direction, in a direction orthogonal to the square wire. The manufacturing method alternately repeats a feeding process of forming a plate-like main body part 12a of the square wire by feeding the square wire, and a tab forming process of forming a tab 12b projecting from a side edge of the main body part 12a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
