PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency power amplification device having excellent energy efficiently with less distortion.

SOLUTION: A high frequency power amplification device 3 includes a power amplifier PA for amplifying a high frequency input signal, and a control circuit 31 disposed between the power amplifier PA and a power supply section for supplying a supply voltage to the power amplifier PA to control the supply voltage from the power supply section. The control circuit 31 corrects a signal derived from an input signal in to the power amplifier PA in accordance with a distortion characteristic depending on the power amplifier PA to generate a control signal, then controls the supply voltage on the basis of the generated control signal to generate a feed supply voltage Vdd1, and supplies the generated feed supply voltage Vdd1 to the power amplifier PA.
