RELAY STATION, ROUTE GUIDING METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay station and the like that is preferred to maintain the quality of connection between a base station and a mobile terminal in a wireless multi-hop network.

SOLUTION: A link information collection unit 21 in a route guiding-type relay station collects link information, which is attribute information of a link, on each link forming a route between a mobile terminal with which the route guiding-type relay station can communicate and a base station at prescribed timing from the time point when connection between the mobile terminal and the base station was established. A route selection unit 22 selects a route suitable for the mobile terminal on the basis of the collected link information when there is a change in the state of the collected link information comparing with the link information at the time of connection establishment. A route guiding unit 23 guides the mobile terminal such that connection will be performed along the selected route.
