<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a greening base material 50 onto a rib-seam folded-plate roof R easily and in a stable attitude. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing device 20 which is fixed to an apex of a rib-seam raised line 4 is utilized to mount the required number of first rod members 10 in a direction orthogonal to a roof gradient direction. The greening base material 50 includes, on the rear side, a first recessed groove 52 into which the rib-seam raised line 4 and the fixing device 20 are fitted, and a second recessed groove 53 which is orthogonal to the first recessed groove 52 and into which the first rod members 10 are fitted. The greening base material 50 is fixed to the rib-seam folded-plate roof surface R while fitting the rib-seam raised line 4 and the fixing device 20 into the first recessed groove 10, fitting the first rod members 10 into the second recessed groove 53 and surface-contacting a part of the rear side to a horizontal top face 22 of an angle part of the folded-plate roof.
