<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-sealed vibration isolation device that advantageously achieves reduction in manufacturing cost and improvement in manufacturability thereof by fixing a flexible film through a low-cost and efficient process. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid-sealed vibration isolation device is configured in such a manner that: a partition member 34 is housed and arranged in a fluid chamber 32 formed between a main-body rubber elastic body 14 and a flexible film 30, wherein the main-body rubber elastic body 14 connects a cylindrical second attaching member 12 and a first attaching member 10 to each other so as to cover one axial opening part of the second attaching member 12, and wherein the flexible film 30 covers the other axial opening part of the second attaching member 12; a main liquid chamber 36 and a sub liquid chamber 38 are provided on both sides of the partition member 34; an annular or cylindrical holding projection 76 is formed on the surface of the partition member 34 on the side of the sub liquid chamber 38; and further an outer peripheral part of the flexible film 30 is held and fixed by diametrical reduction of the second attaching member 12 between an outer peripheral surface of the holding projection 76 and an inner peripheral surface of the second attaching member 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
