<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an active matrix substrate where manufacturing information can be written using a structure necessary for display, and from which the previously written manufacturing information can be easily read even after a built-in process into a set of the active matrix substrate. <P>SOLUTION: An active matrix substrate 1 configuring a display panel includes: multiple gate wiring 21 for selecting pixels 20A for writing data signals; multiple gate terminals G1-Gm connected to the multiple gate wiring 21 respectively; and a ROM circuit 10 which has a cuttable body 101 one end of which is connected to the gate terminal G3, and stores whether both ends of the cuttable body 101 are in a connected state or in a disconnected state as information of one bit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
