<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil wiring element with high structural strength and further to provide a method for manufacturing a coil wiring element capable of reducing a wiring interval. <P>SOLUTION: A coil wiring element comprises: a plurality of first wirings 3 formed on a substrate 1; second resin parts 2 formed on the substrate 1 and supporting both ends 3b of each of the plurality of first wirings 3; a first resin part 4 covering respective central parts 3a of the plurality of first wirings 3; a plurality of second wirings 6 formed on the first resin part 4. The coil wiring element includes a coil wiring spirally wound around the first resin part 4 by sequentially joining both ends 3b of each of the plurality of first wirings 3 and corresponding both ends 6b of the plurality of second wirings 6.
