<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal type thermal transfer image receiving sheet attachable to an arbitrary object as printed matter that is highly effective in design and decoration, by forming a sharp thermal transfer image on a transparent body to be subjected to transfer. <P>SOLUTION: In the seal type thermal transfer image sheet 1 in which at least an adhesive layer 3 and a receiving layer 5 are laid in that order on a release sheet 2, the adhesive layer is formed from adhesive that produces adhesive property by applying heat or moisture thereto. The receiving layer is thermally bonded (heat-sealed) to a transparent body to be subjected to transfer and thus forms a sharp thermal transfer image. Accordingly, printed matter (of seal type) that is highly effective in design and decoration can be formed. Additionally, since the adhesive layer is rendered adhesive by the application of heat or moisture thereto, a seal type thermal transfer image sheet can be stuck to an arbitrary object easily. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
