<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Fe-based powder densely solidified material excellent in oxidization-resistance and high-temperature strength. <P>SOLUTION: The Fe-based powder densely solidified material excellent in the high-temperature strength and creep strength, is a ferritic stainless steel, composed, by mass, of 9-30% Cr, 1-10% Al, 0.05-1.0% Si, 0.01-0.20% N and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and has the peculiarity, that fine nitrides having a size of ≤1 μm in the ferritic structure, is dispersed at a density of ≥30 particles in 400 μm square. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
