<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liaison support system for supporting persons in charge who perform liaison activities at customers' places, a liaison support method, and a liaison support program. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal control unit of a portable terminal 10 notifies a liaison support server 20 of a start of liaison. A server control unit of the liaison support server 20 calculates a support priority and executes determination processing on whether a support is needed or not. When determining that the support is needed, the server control unit identifies supporter candidates, acquires attendance information of the supporter candidates and identifies a supporter who stays at a desk. Then, the server control unit determines an order of priority and executes output processing of an actual scene to a client terminal 30 of the supporter according to the order of priority.
