<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that suppresses noise by inverter switching. <P>SOLUTION: The power conversion device includes: a power module 5 for switching on/off switching elements to convert input power to be output; a metal casing 3 housing the power module 5; and a conductive member 2 connected to the casing 3.
