<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of devising so that an inner mask is attached to the inside of a cloth member with permeability of a mask worn on a person's face, and, when the face of the wearer faces the front and the wearer inhales, air that is present at the height higher than the nasal cavity entrances of the wearer passes through clearances of fiber-like meshes of the cloth-like member and is sent to the nasal cavity entrances or the mouth of the wearer. <P>SOLUTION: In a state where the radioactive material-preventive inner mask 1 is worn on a person facing the front, a substantially cylindrical part 32 is formed, and the air can go in and out only through the upper face 34 thereof that is located at the height higher than the nasal cavity entrances of the person, or the wearer.
