<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which, in an electric power steering device which assists a steering force of a vehicle with a motor, a motor current value increases as a motor output increases, causing an increase of a temperature of a semiconductor module provided in a power substrate which drives the motor, and if an overheat state continues, a thermal destruction occurs in the semiconductor module. <P>SOLUTION: A GND plane 50 comprises; a power substrate connecting part 58a and a control substrate connection part 58b; a torque sensor amplifier substrate connection part 58c; a connecting part to a cover 10 of a hook portion 56, and an alumite coating 44 formed by applying an alumite processing on a surface other than a heat sink contact surface 52c, where a surface 60a opposing a semiconductor module of a power substrate 60 and the alumite coating 44 of a power substrate contact surface 52b are in contact with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
