<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sanitary thin paper which contains high absorbent resin that is fixed so as not to be separated, and is provided with high water-absorbing properties. <P>SOLUTION: The sanitary thin paper comprises a laminated body 10 formed by bonding two sheet materials 11 and 12 with a resin dispersion 13 obtained by dispersing the high absorbent resin in an aqueous adhesive containing moisture.
