PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to control communication accuracy corresponding to temporal change in the transmission priority of data in an ad-hoc network.

SOLUTION: An ad-hoc network communication terminal 100 comprises: a network interface 113 for exchanging a packet with another communication terminal 101; and an arithmetic unit 111 for performing processing of calculating the transmission priority of a packet by applying a lapsed time from packet reception clock time to next packet transmission clock time at the communication terminal to a temporal change function of the transmission priority depending on a packet type indicated by the packet for each packet received from the other communication terminal 101 via the network interface 113, processing of determining earlier transmission order according to height of the calculated transmission priority per packet among packets scheduled to be transmitted, and processing of transmitting each packet scheduled to be transmitted on the basis of the determined transmission order at an arrival of the next packet transmission clock time.
