<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise superimposed on a reference potential due to a variation in a strobe signal, thereby preventing a reduction in operation margin of an input receiver circuit using the reference potential. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes an input receiver circuit 17R that is activated by a strobe signal IDQST and generates an output signal IDQR by comparing a potential of an input signal DQ and a reference potential VREF, and a noise canceller 100T that cancels noise occurring on the reference potential VREF due to a variation in the strobe signal IDQST. According to the present invention, since the noise occurring on the reference potential VREF is canceled by the noise canceller 100T, the operation margin of the input receiver circuit 17R can be sufficiently ensured.
