<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering easily and efficiently components which microorganisms produce, without performing for cultured microalgae three steps (the first step: concentration and harvesting, the second step: dehydration and drying, and the third step: extraction with organic solvent) without using either poisonous organic solvent or a large amount of organic solvent, by separating components which microorganisms produce, such as hydrocarbon, from water. <P>SOLUTION: The method for recovering components produced by microorganisms includes recovering components produced by microorganisms from slurry after mechanically crushing or breaking the microorganisms and/or intercellular matrix produced by the microorganisms outside cells, in the slurry containing microorganisms with cell walls. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
