<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation work of a ceiling panel in a ceiling part, and to maintain good appearance of a cabin even when the installation work is facilitated. <P>SOLUTION: The body upper part structure for a vehicle includes: a roof panel 30 forming an upper surface of a vehicle body 2, and the ceiling part 31 positioned in the vicinity of a lower part of the roof panel 30 and forming an upper surface of the cabin 9 in the vehicle body 2. The ceiling part 31 includes a ceiling frame member 34 constituting an outer edge part; and the ceiling panel 45 closing a ceiling opening 35 surrounded by the ceiling frame member 34 from the upper part, and having the outer edge part inserted into gaps 40-42 formed between the roof panel 30 and the ceiling frame member 34, and elastically pressure-contacted and supported by the upper surface of the ceiling frame member 34. The ceiling panel 45 can pass through the ceiling opening 35 from the cabin 9 side to the upper surface side of the ceiling frame member 34. A flexible hand grip body 51 can be inserted into the cabin 9 side from the outer edge part of the ceiling panel 45 through the ceiling opening 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
