<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat medium heating device capable of facilitating and simplifying electric connection between a PTC heater and a control board and improving assemblability, and a vehicle air conditioner equipped with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The heat medium heating device 10 includes: a plurality of flat heat exchange tubes; the PTC heater; a heat exchange pressing member 15 for pressing and fixing the alternately laminated flat heat exchange tubes and the PTC heater to the inner bottom face of a casing 11; and a control board 17 for controlling the PTC heater installed on the heat exchange pressing member 15. Terminals 25A extended above from am electrode plate positioned and incorporated in the casing 11 are directly connected to terminal bases 17B of the control board 17 and the PTC heater and the control board 17 are electrically connected. The heat exchange pressing member 15 fastened and fixed to a boss part in the casing 11 is fastened and fixed to be movable within a certain range with respect to an X direction along the arrangement direction of the plurality of terminal bases 17B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
