<p>Described is a coated spring for mattresses which comprises: a stainless steel helical compression spring; a bag-shaped coating housing the spring; where said bag is injected with a reactant polymeric mixture, which after being reacted or cured produces a polymeric foam, preferably of flexible polyurethane, up to a volume required for changing the flexion or compression properties of the spring, also describing the method for the manufacture and use thereof in the manufacture of mattresses of different types.</p> |
