PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for recognizing user state in real time is provided to predict the situation of a user through a GPS coordinate data and moving speed and offer the predicted situation to a mobile terminal in real time. CONSTITUTION: An acceleration data collector(110) collects acceleration data. A GPS(Global Positioning System) coordinate collector(140) collects the GPS coordinate data. A user action deduction unit(120) deducts the user action from the collected acceleration data. A user behavior deduction unit(130) deducts the user behavior from the user action. A user situation decision unit(170) determines the user's situation by the determined user position and the deducted user behavior. |
