PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for fixing an inner panel are provided to stably and easily fix the inner panel by supporting the inner panel with a fastening member instead of an adhesive. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fixing an inner panel(10) comprises a base frame(110) and a fixed frame. The fixed frame is coupled to the base frame and fixes the inner panel. The base frame comprises a protrusion part(112) and a support part(114). The protrusion part supports the inner plate engaged between the protrusion part and one side of the fixed frame. The support part supports the other side of the fixed frame.
